Introduction
Hey! I'm a 3rd-year film student at the Rochester Institute of Technology with a passion for directing, editing, and cinematography. I’m currently seeking an internship for the Fall of 2026 in Los Angeles.
If you count Minecraft videos, I've been making films since the 2nd grade. In middle school, I started my own YouTube channel as a means of practicing my editing skills. My first professional production was in the summer of 2024, when my friend asked me to join him in producing a film for the 48-Hour Film project. We've since directed 4 films for the 48, building our team and gaining invaluable leadership experience. Since then, I've been a lead creative on 10+ films.
My experience at film school has been fantastic. I’ve been on over 30 student productions (600 set hours!), and I find myself having learned something new every time. When my friends need crew, I am more than happy to fill any role that they require. That being said, I tend to gravitate towards working in the lighting, camera, or post-production departments.
I've always been passionate about visual storytelling. As a medium, it is uniquely positioned to communicate ideas on a deeply emotional level. The “how” and “why” are my current fixation. When used effectively, film lets people leave their reality. They're not sitting on a couch staring at a TV; they are immersed in a new world. I've always been easily sucked into the films I watch, and it has become my goal to one day give someone that same experience.
